**Purpose**

As a **BI Data Analytics Graduate**, you will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights to the software development team and broader business units. You'll work closely with senior analysts, developers, and product managers to help analyze data, create reports, and ensure that data-driven decisions are made at every step of the product development lifecycle.

**What You'll Learn and Do**:

- Collaborate with the software development team to analyze data from various sources and provide insights that drive product improvement and business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to support the team's needs.
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating large datasets for analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data.
- Support the automation of data processes, ensuring that analytics workflows are efficient and scalable.
- Work alongside developers and product teams to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

**Requirements of the Role**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving using data.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and experience in creating effective reports and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced, agile environment.
