**Position**:Logistics Administrator

**Customers and Contract Admin**
- Provide updates to customers
- Ensure updates are sent out timorously
- Liaising with AMAX support and development team on existing and new functionality and reports
**Inventory Management**
- Responsible for the reporting of daily stock movements to relevant parties - internally and externally
- Processing of loads (stock movement) on the ERP system
- Preparing loads on the relevant excel format for uploading onto the system
- Stock reconciliation to resolve discrepancies between the stock system and 3rd Party confirmations
- Queries on stock / transport
**General**
- Various Administration tasks as requested from Logistics
- Day to day system admin
**Supplier Invoice Admin**
- Check and process freight invoices
- Follow up and resolve supplier invoice queries
**Business Development - evolution, change, creativity**
- Maintaining and developing customer and supplier relationships
- Identifying areas of improvement and suggesting and implementing changes
- Thinking broadly on doing things more efficiently and giving us the competitive edge
**System Administration**
- Reconciliation of stock balances to 3rd party silo balances
- Processing stock movements on the ERP system
- Reconciliation of sales contracts and processing of Sales invoices
- Day to day system admin
- Generating invoices as and when required
- Invoicing of goods delivered
**Operational Administration**
- All other administration tasks required to support the organisational goals and flow of goods, locally and internationally
