Reporting to the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for:

- Maintenance of Supply center electronic order File
- Uploading of purchase orders
- Handling production documentation with regards to order file
- Expediting on foreign and local Purchase orders
- Maintenance of open order reporting schedule
- Communication of Inventory availability
- Updating and evaluating inventory demand
- Liaison with Inventory and Logistics functions to ensure timely picking and dispatch of standard components

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Qualification in Sales Administration/ Logistics or Finance would be acceptable

**Skills**:

- 1 to 2 years experience in Order Management / Customer Logistics / Sales Administration
- SAP (preferred), MS Word, Excel and Outlook

**Salary / Package**:
R20,000 to R23,000 CTC pm
