**About the Role**:
Luxity, South Africa’s leading pre-owned luxury reseller, is seeking a driven and results-oriented head of marketing to join our growing team. As the head of marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement for our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the overall business strategy
Oversee all aspects of the marketing mix, including branding, advertising, public relations, events and digital marketing
Grow a team of marketing professionals, setting goals and coaching for success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales and customer success, to drive marketing initiatives and campaigns
Coordinate with all marketing providers and agencies to ensure optimal use of marketing assets
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategy and tactics
Track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure the marketing team is working with cutting-edge tools and techniques

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
Five + years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in e-commerce and retail fashion
Strong understanding and experience in digital paid advertising
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of traditional marketing
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Knowledge of marketing automation tools

**Salary**: R35,000+ depending on experience
