Resource Planner - JHB North

Resource Planner required in the Customer Experience Operations Department of a Randburg-based company. Responsible for daily Aspect WFM updates and administration, intraday processes, agent scheduling and call/staffing and results forecasting to maintain Service Level Objectives and maximise the efficiency of the Customer Service Call Centre

Minimum requirements:

- Matric
- Certification or equivalent in telephony administration
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Workforce Management, including forecasting, scheduling, tracking, optimisation, monitoring and reporting
- Experience in a leadership role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in call centre environment
- MS Office skills

Salary offer: R21400-00 to R32600-00 per month
