**JOB TITLE**:Health & Safety Database Assistant

Urang Property Management Ltd is a London-based company specializing in Block and Residential Property Management across London and South-East England, managing over 500 residential blocks of flats. We're expanding, and we need an exceptional individual based in Cape Town, to join us as a Health & Safety Database Assistant. **KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Capture key data from Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Surveys and Compartmentation Surveys.
- Manage and update risks/tasks on Health and Safety database.
- Update Property Manager details and tasks as required.
- Ensure all Health and Safety information is captured on the system and maintained.
- Ensure notifications for Fire Risk Assessments and Surveys due are communicated in a timely manner.
- Assist with user software documentation.
- Assist with uploading compliance documents.

This is not an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities that may be required of the post holder Duties may be changed, after discussion, to suit the operational requirements of Urang Health and Safety.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Matric - Grade 12 (Compulsory)
- Demonstrable experience and ability to use IT / Software packages i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook (Compulsory)
- Experience within Health and Safety (Preferable, but not essential)
- Experience within the Residential Property / Block Management sector (Compulsory)

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:

- R22 000- R24 000 per month (dependent on experience)
- 15 days holidays (plus Public Holidays)
- Training
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 18:00pm (SA)
- Remote role

**_Note:_** This is a remote role that requires you to be based in Cape Town for occasional office visits in Stellenbosch or to attend company socials. You will also be required to have reliable internet access during working hours and periods of extended load shedding.
