Product Content Coordinator

ROLE PURPOSE:
Our Product Content Coordinators contribute to the achievement of our vision by playing a key role in delivery, clear, concise and consistent content to our customers across a broad range of assets, including the product disclosure statements, target market determinations, websites, online sales tools, phone sales scripting, certificates of insurance and our customer self-service portal.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Product Disclosure Content
- Drafting of Product Disclosure Statements or Supplementary documents
- Drafting of product information such as benefit summary’s or FAQs
- Review of existing collateral to ensure content adequately describes the product
- Provide recommendations on how product content could be improved to assist in customer understanding
- Assist with implementation of a new CMS system for the management of drafting and producing final product disclosure statements
- Drafting content for the PetSure product content library that drives efficiency and consistency across all PetSure’s white label collateral
- Ensure consistency in product content across all assets
- Assist in testing the content as part of an update or project before launch.

Compliance and Governance
- Work with the internal legal and compliance team to action their feedback on product material
- Work with a range of other internal stakeholders across the business (partnership, customer experience, claims etc.) to ensure product content is drafted to the highest standards for our customers, our distribution partners and the veterinary industry

- Adhere and foster adherence to PetSure’s risk management framework within areas of responsibility, including monitoring and mitigating risks in accordance with PetSure's risk appetite, implementing and managing appropriate controls, regularly updating assigned areas of the risk register and responding to audit findings in an appropriate and timely manner

- Take reasonable steps to ensure that each team member has the qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience to perform their role

Work unsupervised towards tasks agreed and other tasks as requested by your manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge

Essential
- Understanding of the insurance industry and surrounding regulatory environment

Desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualifications

**Skills**:
Essential
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - concise, confident, and accurate with and an ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts and issues
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, and the desire to develop long term positive working relationships

Desirable
- Ability to transform legal insurance jargon into powerful plain language for customers.

Experience

Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services

Desirable
- Experience in the general insurance industry
- Experience in drafting product disclosure statements or product related materials
- Experience in operational process enhancements
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience in pet insurance

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: R320,000.00 per year
