An exciting opportunity exists for an **Inventory Controller** at **Logistics Support Services Division** in **Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.** This challenging role will require your inventory expertise to drive and implement solutions and controls to minimize stock losses and ensure exceptional stock accuracy.

**Line Manager**: Warehouse Manager

**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:

- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Responsible for daily cycle counting
- Monthly stock counts
- SAP theoretical vs. physical stock integrity
- Age analysis and reporting
- Administrative control and departmental reporting
- Put-aways, stock rotation and replenishments
- Inbound receiving function
- Chep management
- Food safety compliance
- Health and safety functions
- Warehouse maintenance

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a warehousing environment
- Experience in a supervisory role is essential
- SAP experience is essential

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Grade 12 / Matric is essential

**Additional Requirements**:

- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Quality Management System (QMS) knowledge
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) act
