Food Concepts 360 is a leading company in the hospitality industry, known for our top-notch food and beverage experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented F&B Stock/Inventory Controller to help manage our inventory effectively.

The F&B Stock/Inventory Controller will manage the inventory of food and beverage products at our location, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing wastage, and controlling costs. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience in inventory management within the food and beverage industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage stock levels to ensure availability and reduce excess.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
- Track and analyze inventory usage and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Implement stock control procedures to minimize wastage.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role in the F&B industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
