**Purpose of the Role**:
The Bay Controller is responsible for managing the flow of stock through the warehouse by safely and efficiently receiving, handling, checking, picking, packing, labelling, and dispatching inventory to and from customers and suppliers. This role also includes managing Demo stock, which involves assessing products for resale suitability, overseeing assembly and disassembly, performing quality inspections, capturing product dimensions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Bay Controller will further support by preparing Demo products for upload to the Wheco website, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in product listings.

**Key Requirements**
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of product assembly, quality control, or product evaluation.
- Computer literacy with the ability to capture and maintain product information.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with light product handling.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or product content platforms (advantageous).
- Previous security/access control experience will be beneficial.
