**Overview**
- We are looking for a B-BBEE Consultant to join our team and manage client relations and the overall process relating to compliance planning, implementation and verification audits in line with relevant dtic guidelines, B-BBEE codes of good practice and regulatory best practice (which is overseen by the South African National Accreditation System). The B-BBEE Consultant will also manage a team of Senior and Junior Analysts at our head office based in Durban._

**Responsibilities**
- Manage client relations and communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the overall process of B-BBEE compliance planning, implementation and verification audits for clients, ensuring adherence to relevant dtic guidelines, B-BBEE codes of good practice and regulatory best practice.
- Manage a team of Senior Analysts and Junior Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, feedback and performance evaluation.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of B-BBEE reports, certificates and submissions.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and changes in the B-BBEE industry and legislation, and advise clients accordingly.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the company.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's B-BBEE services and products.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.
- A Post Graduate Management Development Programme certificate in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the B-BBEE industry, preferably as a consultant or a verifier.
- Experience as a SANAS Technical Signatory or equivalent would be beneficial.
- Experience using and working with BEE Trax or a similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiencies would be beneficial)
- Strong interpersonal skills, management skills and a great personality to deal with clients directly and to manage the team.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- B-BBEE Auditing: 5 years (preferred)
- Management: 3 years (preferred)
