- ** Championing strategic B-BBEE initiatives that improve on transformation and B-BBEE** Ownership: To continue to monitor and manage this pillar in terms of verification requirements and ensure the required records are maintained.
- Management Control: To continue to monitor, manage and improve on this pillar in terms of verification requirements and ensure the required records are maintained.
- Employment Equity and Skills: To drive the strategy of EE and skills development in collaboration with HR, in line with targets and ensuring records are maintained.
- Procurement: To regulate and co-ordinate the end to end process of procurement for in line with the Procurement Policy and transformation goals.
- Enterprise & Supplier Development: To develop a strategy for this pillar in line with our B-BBEE goals and to drive the achievement of this.
- Social: Collaborating with the relevant committee(s) on the company’s SED strategy as well as developing the annual CSR programme with transformation considerations

**Management of the annual B-BBEE verification process**
- Ensure entities readiness for the verification process.
- Co-ordination of the collect and submit all required data.
- Manage the relationship with the agency.
- Regular reporting to management on the verification process and outcome.
- Complete all necessary administration for the verification process and preparation
- Update the B-BBEE scorecard on monthly basis after receipt of all evidence from relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Degree in Commerce/Law or Business Management
- Preferred - Completed B-BBEE Managment Development Programme

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ overall B-BBEE Verification experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Amended Financial Services Sector Code as verification analyst or verification manager
- Working knowledge of B-BBEE legislation and B-BBEE Codes
- Preferred - B-BBEE Technical signatory (Verification Manager)
