We are in the market for a **Partner Account Manager, Inside Sales** to join our Channel Sales team in Cape Town**.**

As **Partner Account Manager, Inside Sales** you will recruit, develop and grow key target SSL channel partners in the EMEA region. You will also be responsible for the planning and execution of the overall growth sales strategy of our Website Security Solutions.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Execute up-sell, cross-sell, and indirect sales opportunities through channel partners
- Support the channel sales organization to build & execute regional channel and business strategies
- Develop winning relationships with individual and organizational channel partners
- Design, plan, and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns with key channel partners
- Build successful long-term partnerships through training & enablement of the channel partners
- Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by understanding market opportunities, the needs of resellers and customers to drive revenue growth
- Effectively promote products to resellers and customers through collaboration with the Marketing (channel or product) as well as Product Management teams
- Address market needs appropriately to ensure effective positioning of our product & brand features/pricing
- Recruit new resellers to relieve the gaps in coverage and penetration in designated regions
- Perform wide range of customer selling interactions such as sales presentations or product demonstrations, etc
- Provide accurate reporting and operational documentation timeously, including periodic corporate development forecasts & business summaries

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- 2+ years' sales or business development experience with a strong preference towards the industries including IT Security, ISPs, Telecommunications & SaaS
- **Native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in German (advantageous)**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business Studies or I.T
- Proven track-record of closing up-selling, cross-selling and indirect sales opportunities
- Creative & innovative approach towards business development and channel sales
- Proven track-record of establishing and executing successful channel sales & go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Strong consultative and solution selling experience
- Broad understanding of territory markets, culture and customs
