**WHAT IS REQUIRED**:
We are seeking a **Construction Quoting Specialist** to play a key role in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include processing customer requests, scheduling site visits, and preparing detailed and accurate quotations for construction and maintenance services. Experience in the construction industry, particularly in quoting and cost estimation, is a **NON-NEGOTIABLE** requirement. If you are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, this role is a fantastic opportunity for you.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process customer orders and inquiries
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for assessments
- Prepare comprehensive, competitive quotations for construction and property maintenance work
- Collaborate closely with the operations and project teams to ensure quotes are accurate and aligned with project requirements

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
English speaking

Experience in excel, word & outlook with strong spreadsheet skills and extremely computer literate.

**HOURS**

Monday to Friday - 8 to 5

**LOCATION**:
We work in a creative, open-plan environment, situated in De Tyger, Parow North next to the N1.
