**TYGERBERG DC is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and efficient individual, who can assist them in adding ongoing value to the Group by carrying out the below responsibilities**:

**You will be responsible for, amongst other duties**:

- Workforce planning
- Ensure improvement of Outbound SLA and achievement of daily targets
- Investigate and report all short and over claims against the DC.
- Ensuring a High standard of Inventory Control (including all adjustments in DC) and that all Cycle Counts are done according to tasks and targets.
- Ensuring processes are smooth within the outbound process flow and SOP process
- Ensure DC KPI’s are met (with a key focus on UPH, CPU, DC Lead-Time and Accuracy)
- Ensure Weekly presentations are compiled and reported on
- Management of staff (Performance, Disciplines and Empowerment) is adhered to
- Ensure compliance with BOP, 6S Standards and SOP’s (includes training and updating of SOP’s)
- Evaluation of DC processes and identifying critical Gaps when required
- Driving the Culture in your team
- Daily Housekeeping in your operation

**We are looking for someone who has the following**:

- Previous Supervisory or Management and/or Supply Chain Industry related qualification and or experience will be an advantage
- A team player who is engaging and can communicates effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle high pressure, stress and ability to multi-task is essential for success
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- High attention to Detail
- High energy and Motivation
- Ability to work independently
- Good Admin Skills
- Working knowledge of **MS Office**, ideally with a good MS Excel MS PowerPoint capability
- Experience in working on a Warehouse Management System would be advantageous
- Willing to work overtime when required
