**Recoveries Admin Co-ordinator**
**A challenging position exists within the Financial Services Recoveries department for a self-motivated and assertive individual to manage the end-to-end administrative functions supporting both internal and external operations. You will also be responsible for a group of 12 administrators training, coaching, development and whilst providing key direction. This individual should be dynamic, pro-active, and display exceptional leadership skills, with high numeracy and accuracy skills.**
**Your responsibilities would include**:
- Daily administrative tasks e.g. signing off timesheets, capacity planning, UAD adherence, Dayforce planning and authorisation
- Prepare spreadsheets to update weekly agency performance views
- Training and coaching of administrators
- PDD discussions
- Analyse monthly Recons and assist EDCs/Administrators in correcting variances
- Complete agency overpayments schedule monthly and ensure it is accurately paid over to agencies
- Complete agency commission schedule monthly
- Complete journals and accruals and submit to Finance Department together with supporting documentation monthly
- After checking the invoices, request purchase orders via Coupa
- Investigate and verify commission discrepancies
- Coupa administration: Request Vendor set-up, purchase orders and receipt invoices
- Effectively manage people to ensure optimum performance
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
- Ensuring that reports are analysed & compiled accurately to provide feedback
- Completion of administrative tasks timeously & accurately
- Ensure VAT invoices are received from EDCs monthly and submit to Finance
- Ensure bank deposits are checked daily
- Provide feedback on Finance recon Variances
- Ensure that CSM queries are resolved within agreed SLA
- Compile Recoveries Month end pack and submit to Finance
- Check and sign requisitions for trustee nominations
- Check claims and submit to management for required signatures
- Monitor the Paralegal and Debit order mailboxes
- Matric qualification
- A working knowledge of NUMIS, Vision & Coupa & the CSM system would be to your advantage
- Proven analytical, decision-making ability and strong numerical & administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills [verbal, written & interpersonal]
- To be computer literate [MS Office & Intermediate Excel]
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team dynamic
- To be highly driven, self
- motivated and display a high level of assertiveness
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
- High attention to detail & ability to effectively problem solve
- To influence & persuade the relevant stakeholders both internally and externally
- To meet deadlines/targets in a pressurised environment
- Strong leadership skills to drive performance and provide guidance to a team of administrators
