- **'**s) waar die gebruik van verskeie soldeer, montering, en vervaardiging gereedskap gebruik word;- Verskaf spesialis soldeerwerk en PCB vervaardigingsondersteuning aan studente en personeel;- Voorsien voorgraadse en nagraadse studente met raad ten opsigte van stroombaanuitleg en soldeerwerk;- Onderhoud en bestuur van soldeer en PCB vervaardigingsfasiliteite en -gereedskap;- Bate beheer en voorraad kontrole bestuur van materiaal, instrumente en komponente gekoppel aan soldeer en PCB vervaardiging.Manufacturing and populating printed circuit boards (PCBs) where the use of various soldering, mounting, and manufacturing tools are used;- Providing specialist soldering, PCB manufacturing support to students and staff;- Providing undergraduate and postgraduate students with advice regarding circuit layout and soldering;- Maintaining and managing soldering and PCB manufacturing facilities and tools;- Asset management and inventory control management of materials, instruments and components related to soldering and PCB manufacturing.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes- Matric (or National Senior Certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent);- Relevant N2 Diploma in engineering (or NCV at NQF level 2 or equivalent);- Technical experience - specifically electronics soldering - of at least five years' in support of an academic Matric;- The ability and willingness to learn new skills and undergo further training;- The ability to work independently and in groups.Matriek (of Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat of gelykwaardig aan NQF vlak 4);- Relevante N2 diploma in ingenieurswese (of NSV op NQF vlak 2 of gelykwaardig)- Tegniese ervaring - spesifiek elektronika soldeerwerk - van minstens vyf jaar ter ondersteuning van 'n akademiese Matriek;- Die vermoë en bereidwilligheid om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer en verdere opleiding te ondergaan;- Die vermoë om selfstandig en in groepsverband te werk.

Recommendation/Aanbeveling- Relevant N3 Diploma in engineering (or NCV at NQF level 3 or equivalent) or higher;- Electrical or electronic experience;- Appropriate proficiency in Altium (or KiCad) or similar PCB design software experience.Toepaslike N3 diploma in ingenieurswese (of NSV op NQF vlak 3 of ekwivalent) of hoër;- Elektriese of elektroniese ervaring;- Toepaslike Altium (of KiCad) of soortgelyke PCB ontwerp programmatuur ervaring.
