**JOB TITLE**:
Debt Collections Agent

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB**:

- Effectively work outbound Debt Collections Telephone Campaigns on default accounts.
- Ensure the proper notes is made on various systems of all communication with debtors.
- Ensure customer contact details are updated after confirming details with the customer.
- Ensure that various daily / weekly / monthly Rand Value, Matters Worked and Payment Arrangement targets are achieved
- Ensure all Collection Policies are adhered to e.g. Debit Order Mandates

**COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Grade 12
- Able to work at least 2 (two) Saturdays a month
- Computer Literate
- Assertiveness and the ability to get debtors to make payment arrangements
- Be able to work under pressure
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette
- Negotiation skills
- Goal / Target driven

**BRIEF OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly targets are achieved on Matters worked, Promise to pay (PTP’s), Debit orders, Rand value. Ensure that Quality control scores are achieved.

**SALARY**

R4500.00 Basic + Commission on money collected. % and structure will be discussed in the interview.

Pay: R4 200,00 - R5 000,00 per month
