- Prepare necessary documents, such as purchase agreements, contracts, and deeds.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Provide post-sale support and assistance.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Attend industry events and training sessions to stay updated on real estate trends and practices.
- Manage property listings and client records.
- Adhere to ethical standards and industry regulations at all times.
- Act in the best interest of clients, maintaining confidentiality and transparency.

The work is commission-based with all training provided to thrive in the industry.
