Purpose: The Rental and Sales Executive is responsible for the growth of the rental fleet business through effective sales and rental strategies.

The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or rentals in the construction, real estate, or mining industry
- Technical understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
- Project management experience (advantage)
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Office and field-based role with regular travel to client sites and company yards.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate client meetings and site visits.
