- Ensure that customers receive all invoices as well as complete monthly statements- Take full responsibility for the accounts receivable/debtors function- Effective debt collections- Managing PODs- Co-ordinating advanced payments with the Financial Controller- Dealing with customer account queries- Assist with month-end accounts receivable reporting-
- Assist the Sales Department with queries- Managing customer correspondence for late payments- Managing customer credit limits- Managing customer details in Syspro- Assist the Financial Controller and FM with day to day tasks as required- Other activities as may be required from time to time-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- NQF Level 4 or an equivalent qualification- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment- Syspro and MS Office experience- Team player- Able to work under pressure in a high deadline driven environment**What Qualification**
