Well established financial institution in Cape Town is looking for a Business Consultant - Property specialist to join their team.

**This role is for a business consultant that will focus on the Real Estate Agencies, and their clients, to**

**move funds in and out of South Africa.**

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric will be beneficial
- Regulatory Exams (RE) will be beneficial
- FAIS compliancy will be beneficial
- A relevant business/legal qualification will be beneficial
- Bilingual English and Afrikaans would be advantageous

- Must be target driven and be able to work under pressure
- Fast Learner
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) as well as excellent phone manner with an effective ability to cold call
- Committed to targets and deadlines
- Willing to go extra mile
- Must have a very high level of motivation and commitment
- Team player willing to work within a small team
- Open, friendly and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with initiative
- Organized with excellent diary and time management skills
