Surgo has partnered up with one of the top BPO Outsource Centres in South Africa offering BPO services to both local and international clients. The client is recruiting for a well-versed Business-to-Business Consultant with outstanding B2B client services, to join their exciting international business unit.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Manage the day-to-day running of business-to-business accounts

Speak to existing clients daily and ensuring they are receiving the best service

Ensure businesses are utilising the site effectively and that they achieve the best results

Advise clients on how to improve their experience and results

Confidently and effectively dealing with initial complaints

Assist the Sales Team with business client retention and renewals

Conduct Webinar training sessions

Attend client visits and conducting onsite training sessions

Recognise upsell opportunities and forwarding sales leads to the relevant teams

Proactively contacting clients in accordance with the company SLAs/Client Response Promise

Organisation of workload to ensure task lists and targets are achieved

Regularly updating traffic light alerts according to account performance

**Personal Requirements**:
Experience working in a non-scripted environment

You need the ability to think on your feet and be an exceptional communicator

Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team

Be a team player with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm

Highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional business client services

Previous business client service experience in an office environment

Polite Telephone Manner

Excellent Literacy and numeracy skills

Good PC skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Proven experience of client service excellence

Experience and Qualification

Business to business client services experience

Work experience in a non-scripted office environment

Must have Matric/Grade 12

Clear criminal record

Exceptional communication skills

Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Office

Remuneration

Basic Salary - R14 000 pm

Commission - R1 500

Shift Allowance - R500

Medical Insurance

Transport will be provided for shifts ending at 6pm (from work to home only)

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday

Early Shift 14:00 to 23:00; Late Shift 15:00 to 00:00 (depending on Daylight Savings)
