Factory Manager

**Job Specification**

Reporting to the Executive Manager Manufacturing, the incumbent will be responsible to manage various production activities and resources (manpower, machines, materials) of the factory through subordinates in order to achieve planned production targets, and in so doing ensuring that manufacturing meets the demand from sale.

**Minimum Requirements**
- National Diploma (Industrial Engineering and/or Plastics Technology)
- 6 years related experience with full factory management
- Excellent MS Office skills and manufacturing systems experience

- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts

- Coordinate and manage all manufacturing operations including safety, stock management, quality, process control, capital projects, production and mould maintenance (extrusion, injection moulding, assembly etc.)
- Compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulations
