As part of our continuous efforts to enhance our BI and information governance capabilities, we are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate BI and Information Governance Assistant to join our team. What will make you successful in this role?

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support informed business decisions.

**Visualization Development**: Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and QlikSense.

**Information Governance Support**: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of information governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection standards.

**Data Quality Management**: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through data profiling, cleansing, and validation.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate data analysis findings to stakeholders and senior management.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to optimize data analysis and reporting processes, promoting a lean and efficient approach to BI and information governance.

**Collaboration and Training**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing expertise and providing training to enhance data literacy and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

**Degree in any of these disciplines**:
Actuarial Science
Mathematics
Computer Science
Data Analytics
Engineering
