**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Administration of SHEQ Management System
- Maintain near misses, VFL’s, incidents reports
- Participate in RCI’s:

- Accidents
- IOD’s
- Compile SHEQ compliance file/ reports (monthly)
- Maintain the contracts monthly score card
- SHEQ meeting minutes
- Control Audits Corrective action plans
- Control and coordinate RCI KES Corrective Action plans
- Scheduling and conducting of Job Observation (announced and non-announced)
- Scheduling of Health and safety meetings
- Help in preparing awareness campaigns / information and presentations
- Co-ordinate ERP’s
- Coordinate SHEQ training requirements
- Co-ordinate Walk about inspections reports
- Co-ordinate VFL reports
- Participate in depot/ branch/ contract audits and inspections
- Issue and Participates in Safety Stand Downs and toolbox talks
- Coordinate and compile SHEQ Compliance records
- Co-ordinate SHEQ Compliance issues**Inherent Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent education and a SHEQ qualification
- Verbal, written and telephonic communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail & follow up skills
- Planning, organizing and administration skills
- Meeting deadlines and working under extreme pressure
- SHEQ management training
- Experience in transportation of Petro-chemicals will be an added advantage
- Awareness on dangerous goods handling
- Experience on SHEQ electronic systems
