**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Coordinate the pre-employment process for new hires, including offer letters, background checks, and documentation
- Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new sales recruits, helping them integrate into the company and hit the ground running
- Act as a recruitment consultant to internal stakeholders, providing expert advice on the hiring process, salary benchmarking, and market trends

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Three to five years’ experience in recruitment within the Insurance and Sales industries
- Vast product knowledge within the sales and insurance industries
- Familiarity with insurance policies, claims processes, underwriting practices, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in using innovative recruiting tools and techniques to identify top sales talent, including headhunting and utilizing recruitment software
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel-Intermediate, Word and Outlook)
- Takes ownership, is action orientated, and able to follow through on decisions and instructions
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Adaptability skills and is able to thrive in changing environments
- Self-management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A high level of integrity and standards
- Exceptional time management skills and is well-organised
- Knowledge in managing multiple projects happening at the same time
- Good interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships internally and externally
- Strong clerical skills to organise information and present data
- Continuous learning and growth potential, and is result-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in at least two South African languages
- Has verifiable experience with a clear criminal record
- Own PC or laptop and a back-up power supply
