**Recruitment Resourcer - UK Client Support (Office-Based | Parkmore, Sandton)**:

**About the Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review CVs to assess suitability for roles in construction and engineering.

***Database & Compliance Management**:

- Ensure all data is accurate and compliant with GDPR and relevant data protection regulations.

***Market Research & Mapping**:

- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments within construction and engineering.
- Identify and map key talent pools and competitor organisations.

***Job Posting & Advertisement**:

- Assist in crafting and publishing engaging job ads.
- Optimise adverts to attract the right talent for specific construction and engineering roles.
- Provide regular updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

***Interview Coordination**:

- Provide support for both virtual and in-person interviews as needed.

***Reference Checks**:

- Conduct reference checks and compile feedback reports for submission to recruiters.

***Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as document handling, calendar management, and reporting.

***Talent Pipelining**:

***Technology & Tools**:

- Use recruitment platforms such as Bullhorn and other sourcing tools.
- Maintain accurate records and optimise the use of recruitment tech.
- Conduct pre-screening assessments or basic evaluations where required.

- Stay current on recruitment best practices, industry insights, and tools.
- Take part in training and seek opportunities for continued professional growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or talent support role is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity or interest in the construction and engineering sectors.
- Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of recruitment tools and databases.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
