**As a Recruiter at eBlocks, your role involves**:

- Articulating the risks and benefits of hiring decisions, evaluating strengths and weaknesses of potential hires.
- Serving as an ambassador for eBlocks Software, understanding motivators and aligning them with the benefits of working here.
- Representing eBlocks Software at technical events, building community connections, and creating marketing strategies.
- Utilizing ATS, managing data, and leveraging metrics effectively.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in fast-paced technical recruiting in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in social media recruiting.
- Track record of innovation in recruiting, with a focus on creative approaches to attract top talent.
- Understanding of various roles in the technology sector, including technical and specialist positions.
- Strong understanding of the IT talent market and talent availability.

- Comes from a fast-paced Internal Recruitment team.

- Possesses creative problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
- Enjoys being active in the tech community and is passionate about challenging the status quo.
- Has great rapport-building and interviewing skills, along with a consultative and strategic mindset.
- Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong people networks and uses creative methods to source highly sought-after technical talent.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in various job verticals.
- RPO/BPO or Agency Experience is a must.
- Impeccable Client Management capabilities.
- Good business acumen, highly-driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team.
- Equipped with a strong headhunter mindset, adaptable to culture.
- Bachelor's/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience in using ATS tools and ability to learn other industry-related software.

**Note**: This role will be hybrid with remote and office work.
