**Requirements**:

- B Tech or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,

Electronics Engineering, Quality or a related field.
- SANS 474 Class 4 Meter Worker Registration
- Valid Code EB driver’s license
- 5 years relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy - MS Office, MS Excel
- Electricity By-Law, Electricity tariffs and SANS 62052
- Extensive knowledge of SANS 474 and SANS 17025 quality

systems
- OHS Act
- Supervisory Skills

Key Performance Areas
- Ensuring compliance with NERSA regulatory requirements

of SANS474 and efficient procurement processes
- Implementing and maintaining procedures, processes,

and controls to ensure compliance with metering standards
and statutory requirements
- Improving personnel outcomes within the Measurement

Section
- Address workplace conflict through consultative processes

and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinating and monitoring section outcomes in accordance

with SANS 474 and SANS 17025.
- Coordinating measurement and testing requirements.
- Coordinating financial functions and budget control
- Participate in budget compilation and control for the

organisational unit.
- Disseminating communication information
- Communicate with staff through verbal and written mediums,

ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
