Opportunity available for a Personal Assistant to the Director of a leading wholesale distributor within the Hemp Industry based in Cape Town.

**Requirements**:
Solid experience as a Personal Assistant to a Director or Senior Management
Matric essential, Tertiary Qualification advantageous

**Research and Logical Thinking**: Ability to gather relevant information and present findings in a structured and coherent manner.

**Excellent Communication Skills**: Both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management.
Liaise with clients and business guests.
Organise meetings.
Manage internal projects and follow-up with team members where required.
Maintain a strong working relationship with other departments.
Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports.
Perform duties such as answering phones where necessary.
General administrative support which includes producing letters, booking couriers, managing stationery, organizing team events, Expo's etc.
Answering team phones when they are not able to, taking messages and responding where necessary.
