Our client, a One-Stop Petroleum and Convenience Retailer in Bellville, is looking for a General Manager Operations - Forecourt Food and Retail.

**Requirements**:

- 10 + Years working experience in Petroleum Fuel Retail and Fast food trade with convenience retail sales as a Senior Manager (Preferably ENGEN )
- Experience with Woolworths Food Stop is an Advantage
- Sound knowledge of Pastel accounting and Payroll (Senior Bookkeeping NQ Level 5)
- 5+ Years Experience with trade Union councils and submission
- 5+ Years Experience in Labour law and Basic Conditions of employment act
- Experience with CCMA and DRC arbitration
- Food safety and hygiene qualification with an R 682 Certification
- Restaurant Management certification (preferably Famous Brands)
- Qualified First Aider
- Qualified Fire Fighter
- Certified Leadership ad Mentoring certification
- Sound Knowledge of Consumer Protection Act
- Sound Knowledge of POPI act
- Experience with Employment Equity implementation and annual submission
- Experience with Compensation Fund declaration and submission
- Experience in incident investigation
