**The FIX is on the hunt for a Social Media Specialist to join our squaa and share our vibe.**

**The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the development of digital communication strategies, ensuring brand cohesion across all digital channels and leveraging consumer & performance insights to guide channel selection, new product development and messaging.**

**Management of The FIX social communities (combined following of +- 1,3m people) including content planning & conceptualisation, co-ordination with Media Agency, research & analytics, reporting.**

**These are our key communication platforms, and are all managed on-site at The FIX.**

**Reporting to Marketing Manager within a high performing fast-paced value fashion retail environment**

- Social Media Extraordinaire with flair/interest in fashion & pop culture - & get paid for it
- Strategy - Initiate, develop, manage & refine digital marketing strategies to deliver profit & brand value; drive the business & comms strategy through our social platforms to elevate our dope identity to dizzying heights & attract new customers (boos & baes)
- Ownership - Lead digital customer research and persona development to enable effective media, content, experiences and product offerings
- Mover & shaker, networker - yes, social butterflying is a skill you can flaunt shamelessly here
- Experience in social community management & measurement - obvs
- Influencer Marketing - Develop & manage on-brand strategic partnerships; image and content creation; project management & ROI measurement - Who dis? Who dat? Wana play?

- Elevate our feisty, young brand across all mediums to deliver brand value & brand love & whichever cool channel or event we decide to play with next (all in a day’s work ya’know)
- Briefs - giving & receiving briefs to/from internal/external stakeholders to ensure next level, on-brand delivery
- Contribute to & manage the monthly organic & paid social media content calendar - fashion never sleeps
- Manage our social media analytical tools, stay abreast of platforms, tools and tech innovation & recommend new solutions where relevant
- Digital Copywriting - your creative outlet and path to fame & perhaps fortune, who knows the brand better than you, na what I mean?
- Capitalise -run in heels/sneakers while dreaming up cool, never-before-tried ideas that are memorable & executable
- Compile monthly organic analytics & consolidate with paid analytics (from media agency, compile customer and competitor research to drive insights & KPIs - we loove to achieve & we never stop learning
- Compile & manage the monthly digital reporting calendars - fashion never sleeps
- Aggressively seek out, research, maximise, respond to & coordinate any marketing opportunities - all about #levellingup
- #DoWhatsRight - coordination and delivery of our CSI projects coz there is purpose alongside the fun
- Budget - run it like its yo’ own hustle

**You know how to**:

- Put your tertiaries (Business/Media/Marketing or Digital Marketing degree/ qualifications) to good use commercially
- Manage budget, briefs and calendars
- Craft digital copy like it’s a side hustle too
- Digitally and social media savvy
- Attention to detail, being able to manage tight deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, understanding of the full marketing mix, able to work independently & show initiative
- Analytics & Reporting
- 2+years People & Relationship Management - lead, coach, develop & manage digital talent to achieve best results & talent pipeline
- Live social coverage at events (activations, new store openings, launches, CSI, etc.)
- Network, present, influence, communicate, lead - Make your voice heard & contribute your innovative, cool ideas through discussion & presentations (or through the medium of dance, memes, origami, puppet shows, etc.)
