**The Digital Content Manager will conceptualise, direct and produce c**ontent **for our internal and external brands. (**namely) **Sportscene, Redbat, Archive, Nike, Adidas, Puma **etc**.**

**If you’re a seasoned veteran in creative or art direction, Filmmaking and Photography, this role is perfect for you.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating high impact / high production value video and photographic content
- Working with Head of marketing, brand and marketing managers to conceptualise and produce creative briefs for specific marketing objectives.
- Working closely with Social media manager and Online trading manager to ensure correct formats for digital and ecommerce roll out.
- Work with ecommerce team, art department and brand teams to ideate and define content goals.
- Researching content trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
- Managing the maintenance and inventory of photographic and video equipment
- Assisting with the development of content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Developing and managing an in-house content studio with Head of Marketing
- Managing a team of other content creators / producers.
- Liaising with external creative agencies to deliver on broader content requirements
- Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
- Weekly & monthly reports to marketing team & management
- Competitor analysis & opportunities

**Requirements**:

- A strong portfolio.
- A passionate and positive attitude towards your job
- A love for fashion, sneakers and street culture.
- Highly skilled in creative ideation, videography, video editing, photography.
- Motion and graphic design, as well as colour grading is advantageous
- Degree/Diploma or tertiary studies in Photography, videography, visual communications or similar is advantageous.
- Understanding the nuances of brand building
- Highly confidence with 5+ years’ experience in content creation
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Good knowledge of content and layout design tools
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office
- Good knowledge of various social media content platforms, blogs, and print media.
- Strong understanding of content practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
