**Description**
Your main function is to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the new and used vehicle sales departments while maintaining excellent customer service consistently.
Responsibilities include (but is not limited to):
- Management of financials and profitability.
- Stock management and ordering of new vehicles.
- Marketing and advertising management including social media, product launches, customer promotions events.
- Manage and lead sales team to increase market share, achieve targets (units and profits) while delivering excellent customer service consistently.
**Requirements**:
Skills to include:
- Operational management including effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- General financial knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of products and services related to motor dealership.
- Technical knowledge of all business processes / functional expertise.
- Knowledge of customer service and principles of building strategic partnerships with customers.
- Knowledge of the industry, benchmarks and competition.
- Knowledge of related industry legislation.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CDK / Keyloop.
- Social media marketing experience.
Other Requirements:
- Matric / Equivalent qualification - Financial Tertiary Qualification preferred.
- Minimum and current 2 year’s experience in the same or similar role at franchise dealership level.
- Clear criminal & credit record
- Valid driver's license
