Requirements
- Minimum National diploma supported by industry specific/related

qualifications. Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. B

degree) will be given preference
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, policies and

directives with relevance to contract management in discipline

specific areas, type of contract e.g. procurement, grants,

partnerships etc.

Key Performance Areas
- The Senior Professional is required to effectively manage the unit of

the specialised printing and managed print service which delivers a

support and maintenance service to all corporate desktop users

within the City's Ability to maintain and develop the managed

printing environment, by ensuring system availability and productivity

in delivering a support service city-wide
- Ensure availability at network sites
- Ability to supply printing cost analysis service
- Must be able to implement cost savings solutions
- Branch and resource management
- Contribute to ICT infrastructure management
- Keep abreast of developments in the ICT infrastructure and related

industries
- Management report, by ensuring performance measurements,

communication and transparency
- Vendor hardware analysis
- Support the development and execution of the contract

management plan
- Provide efficient and effective contract administration support

related to contract management activities of all or any phases of the

contract life cycle in support of an Assistant Contract Manager /

Contracts Manager
- Maintain contract management records in accordance with

corporate records management policies and procedures, as well as

other applicable procedures using available electronic platforms or

paper-based systems.
