We’re Hiring: HR Administrator

Location: KZN, Durban, Durban North

**Job Type**: Permanent Position

Department: Human Resources

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people? We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and help keep our HR operations running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
- Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate timekeeping and data entry.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with general HR queries from employees and provide administrative support to the wider HR team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good understanding of HR processes and systems (experience with HR software is a plus).
- Professional communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Related qualification and experience is a must.
