We’re looking for an **HR & Payroll Administrator** to join our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage payroll for ±60 monthly and ±10 weekly staff
- Oversee recruitment, contracts & leave administration
- Ensure statutory compliance (EE, Skills Development, SETA)
- Handle staff queries & assist with disciplinary processes
- Keep company policies up to date with legislation
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong payroll & HR knowledge (labour laws essential)
- Deadline-driven, accurate & proactive
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- High-level confidentiality & problem-solving ability
- Computer literate with solid admin skills
**Location**: Springfield Park, Durban
