We are now seeking a commercially astute and highly analytical **Head of Revenue Management** to lead the commercial strategy for the Exodus brand. In this pivotal, target-driven role, you will shape trading performance against strategic plans, drive revenue growth, increase passenger volumes, and optimize yield across our product portfolio. Reporting to the Product & Commercial Director, you will lead the Commercial team as a strategic architect, playing a key role in enhancing overall profitability and ensuring our commercial objectives are achieved

**What you’ll do**:
**Commercial Strategy**
- Design, test, and refine the commercial strategy with Commercial Managers and Analysts, optimising revenue, passenger volumes, and margin through occupancy and pricing levers.
- Manage a complex portfolio of 350+ products and ~5,000 departures, modelling multiple metrics to deliver results.
- Lead the team into AI-driven revenue management, introducing innovative tools and approaches.
- Encourage a proactive, test-and-learn mindset, empowering team members to take ownership of their areas.
- Oversee competitor analysis and price positioning to maintain agility, competitiveness, and target margins.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Innovation teams to improve margins/volumes, minimise competitor impact, and launch new initiatives at optimal price points.
**Trading & Forecasting**
- Own internal trading communications, providing actionable insights on revenue, margin, and passenger volume risks and opportunities.
- Forecast promotional performance and collaborate with Marketing & Sales to design impactful promotions that deliver incremental volume/margin.
- Support reporting on commercial strategy performance, new initiatives, and business risk/opportunity to stakeholders and Board packs.
- Contribute to the annual business strategy, ensuring accurate, timely, and commercial-focused inputs.
**Ancillary Revenue Streams**
- Support ancillary revenue strategy, finding opportunities to increase attachment rate and revenue per booking.
- Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop upsell initiatives and optimise revenue per booking.
- Model risks and opportunities for strategic/tactical initiatives and present recommendations to senior management.
**Team Leadership**
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Managers and Analysts across Cape Town and international offices.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, rigor, and commercial impact, ensuring high engagement and professional growth.
- Provide mentorship, set clear performance goals, review progress, and recognise achievements.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and efficiency, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Senior-level experience in revenue management, ideally in travel, hospitality, or related sectors, with a track record of revenue growth.
- A working knowledge of AI-powered revenue management and analytics platforms will be beneficial. A deep understanding of such tools will be highly advantageous.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills and experience with analytics platforms (e.g. PowerBI).
- Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence cross-functional teams whilst being able to take on board the inputs of others.
- Experience managing and mentoring analysts, with a passion for developing talent.
- Be very comfortable working in a fast-paced, high performance and agile environment.
- An ambitious leader with the potential and desire to progress into more senior strategic roles over time, including Commercial Director.
