A leading hotel group in Cape Town is seeking a highly analytical and strategic **Revenue Manager** to join our team. Reporting to the Group Revenue Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize revenue performance across multiple properties, contributing directly to the success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room and ancillary revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
- Monitor and adjust rates, availability, and distribution channels to optimize yield.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts to support decision-making and achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and make data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue streams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
