Our Client, **The Leader in Fall Arrest and PPE** are looking to hire a detail-oriented individual to join our team and the responsibilities of the operations supervisor include supervising and training employees, ensuring operational process are followed and reported on, reducing operational costs, monitoring their department’s compliance, and keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties.
**Operations Supervisor Responsibilities**:
Planning, execution and reporting of operational activities.
Inventory management and stock takes.
Monitoring and supervising of employees involved in various assembly and manufacturing activities
Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees and service providers
Ensuring departmental policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Creating standard operation procedures
General administration, office management and reporting
Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.
**Operations Supervisor Requirements**:
A bachelor’s or associated degree in operations management or business management may be advantageous.
Matric
Valid driver’s license
Proven work experience
Residing in or surrounding Ballito
Experience in implementing operational processes.
Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
Leadership and decision-making skills.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
