**Practice Model**:
**Phase 1 - Fixed Rental Model**:

- **R20,000 monthly flat rental**

Inclusive of:

- Fully equipped consultation rooms
- Shared reception and administrative support
- All medical consumables and equipment necessary for general practice
- Use of **Healthbridge** for billing (managed by reception staff)
- Appointment bookings via **RecoMed**:

- Marketing support and branded marketing materials

**Phase 2 - Automatic Transition to Profit Share**:

- Once a pre-agreed monthly billing threshold is consistently reached, the model automatically transitions to a **60/40 profit share model**:

- **60% of billings paid to the GP**:

- **40% retained by Healthfort Clinics** for facility costs, admin, and services
- This model provides flexibility and rewards growth while reducing upfront financial risk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality general medical consultations and minor procedures
- Engage in collaborative care with other onsite practitioners
- Work with the Healthfort support team to grow and manage your practice

**Requirements**:

- MBChB (or equivalent), with valid HPCSA registration
- Independent practice license
- Previous private practice experience advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to operate within the shared services and rotational model
