Shop Attendant

Summary of Duties
- Performing basic food preparation tasks such as cutting slices, making hot and cold beverages as well as packaging it accordingly to the company standards. - Taking orders accurately from customers and providing them with additional information about menu items if required. - Preparing baked products and packaging it according to the company standards. - Handling cash registers and processing payments from customers. - Provide high level of Customer Service in Store ensuring customer retention. - Maintaining a clean work environment by adopting clean as you go practices inside and surrounding areas of the Store. - Participating in training activities to improve service skills and knowledge of products - Conduct accurate daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes as required by the Store Management. - Effective communication to customers about new & existing products, other stores, online services and the company Loyalty App.

Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures.

Pay: R5 500,00 - R6 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
