**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Receiving of all raw materials, electrical goods and consumables.
- Distribution of all raw materials, electrical goods and consumables.
- Receiving and distributing Diesel to company vehicles and keeping records of aforementioned.
- Receiving deliveries.
- Organizing stock in stores.
- Weekly stock take - raw material sheeting, consumable and electrical stock.
- Assist with checking and inspecting materials supplied by suppliers.
- To keep stock list up to date.
- Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, allocate and tagging orders.
- Housekeeping.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of Administrative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and stress tolerant.
- Multi-task and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
- Must have 5 years proven work experience as Stores Clerk or similar role.
- Manufacturing industry experience an advantage.
- Computer knowledge essential MS-Office.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Stock control: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's license for a manual vehicle (required)

**Location**:

- Boksburg, Gauteng (preferred)
