**Welding Workshop**:

- Equipment
- Ensure all equipment is in a safe working condition
- Report any damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to the Health and Safety Representative immediately
- Workshop:

- Assist with all incoming welding jobs, cutting and supplying of chain
- Supervise the workshop storeman to ensure work is conducted correctly and safely
- Quality control - ensure that all work is of good quality before leaving the workshop

**Warehouse operations**:

- Operate Effectively
- Check stock information
- Receive and verify stock
- Record relevant information

**Safety, Health & Environmental Standards**
- Identify health and safety issues and report to the safety rep
- Health and safety equipment must be available and ready for use
- Incidents / accidents are prevented by effective operating of equipment and machinery, and by following health and safety procedures
- Health and safety procedures are adhered to and updated as laid down by legislation
- Ensure a safe and clean work area

**Stock**:

- Returned Stock:

- Receive returned stock and ensure that stock is in the supplied condition.
- Consolidate stock back into store once a credit note has been passed / when instructed to.
- Conduct a physical check
- Consolidate all variance reported by warehouse staff and advise Logistics
- Stock Control:

- To keep tight control of stock in warehouse
- Verify stock reports as to what is in store
- Check shipments and sign off. Report variances to Logistics.
- Assist warehouse staff in locating missing stock on picking slips.
- Stock Take (Cycle counts) - Performed Daily and Monthly
- Receive notification from manager as to date of stock take one week in advance
- Receive stock take report from logistics
- Check and record quantities of stock

**Job Requirements**:
