Motus Autoworx is looking for a Workshop/Branch Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, quotes, administration, and some new business development. It is essential that you have at least 5 years RECENT Workshop Management experience in a Panelshop, and it would be highly beneficial if you are a qualified Technician, Spray Painter or Panel Beater. You will need to be fully bilingual and computer literate.

**Position Overview**:
The purpose of this position is to coordinate, plan, deliver and manage daily team tasks in the panelshop workshop environment and the execution of standard operating procedures, resulting in the achievement of quality and service standards, agreed daily and weekly operating targets, and effective cost and productivity management

**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Revenue generation in order to sustain the business
- Management, development and discipline of staff
- Budget / revenue management
- Reviewing of all operations process flows, enhancing them for maximum efficiency
- Maintaining high workshop standards and quality
- Ensures that all administration processes are implemented effectively
- Monitors and controls the performance of the department

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Minimum Experience:
5- 7 years workshop management experience in a Panelshop

Minimum Qualification:
Grade 12

Trade Qualification preferred

Minimum Requirements:
A code 08 unendorsed driver’s license and own transport.

Working knowledge in Excel with a fair knowledge of microsoft suite of products.
