JOBJACK is looking for a creative individual that loves to see strategic content and brand make an impact to join our rapidly growing startup as a Marketing Assistant. Our small and agile marketing team currently consists of our Social Media Manager who is experienced in creating content and our phenomenal UI/UX designer. With the guidance of our Social Media Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of the team pioneering what Marketing at JOBJACK looks like.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside most departments at JOBJACK to gain insight into job seeker-related content, client-facing content and our overall brand. You will play an integral part in achieving our objective of employing the world while stepping up for the entry-level workforce

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, English, Journalism, Copywriting or a related field
- 1-year previous social media content writing and creation experience
- Knowledge of different social media formats and how they work
- Previous social media community management experience
- Newsletter marketing is highly advantageous
- Experience in using MailChimp is a nice-to-have
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident to investigate and implement new ideas and content strategies
- A desire to help others and create content that reflects this need
- A want to take ownership of accounts and create strategies for sustainable growth
- Comfortable working across multiple departments
