Marketing Support Assistant.

A junior role responsible for supporting digital marketing, direct marketing campaigns, sales coordination, and basic admin tasks. Ideal for someone starting their career in marketing and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with social media content, posting, and basic analytics.
  • Support direct marketing campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, flyers, community activations).
  • Capture and manage sales leads from digital platforms and calls.
  • Help prepare quotes, follow-ups, and maintain sales trackers.
  • Provide call-centre support for enquiries and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist with admin duties, filing, CRM updates, and data entry.

Skills & Requirements

  • Matric (required).
  • Basic marketing or admin knowledge (certificate advantageous).
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Familiar with social media and MS Office.
  • Customer service and phone etiquette skills.

Job Type: Temporary
