**Job function/role**:
Create and implement sales and marketing policies and procedures
Targeted and target driven sales of full turnkey software solutions to various clients in different sectors
Understand client requirements, sell Software Solutions to address client needs
Liaison between client and technical teams including Business Analysts, Software Developers, Testers, System Architects, etc.
Manage a small team - sales and marketing department
Coach and mentor team to achieve targets
Work remotely, but also present to senior executive teams
Attend executive meetings
Track and drive sales process and progress - achieve and over achieve on targets
Reporting

**Requirements**:
Relevant qualification in Sales & Marketing or IT
Minimum 8-10+ years in a Senior Software Sales role essential
Sound understanding of turnkey software development process and IT solutions integration
Must be target driven, passionate about software solutions and IT sales
Marketing experience will be beneficial
Team lead or previous sales management experience highly recommended
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to client sites
Sound interpersonal and communication skills - ability to present and report to executives, board members
Adaptable to consult in different client environments
Excellent listening skills to understand requirements/concerns and effectively liaise between different role players
Problem solving with focus on client service excellence
Key account management in IT industry
Motivated and driven to achieve targets with ability to work independently and remotely
