**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Schedule, coordinate, and oversee routine maintenance and repairs** for residential and commercial properties.
**Serve as the primary point of contact** between property managers, vendors, and the maintenance team.
**Prioritize and assign maintenance work orders,** ensuring timely and efficient completion.
**Maintain detailed records** of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and compliance checks.
**Monitor and manage maintenance inventory,** ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
**Respond to emergency maintenance situations** promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:
**Previous experience** in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
**Strong organizational and multitasking skills** with attention to detail.
**Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.**
**Proficiency in maintenance software** and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Knowledge or experience as a maintenance coordinator is preferred.**
**Ability to work independently and as part of a team** in a fast-paced environment.

Please note this job requires you to work** 9:00 - 17:00 EST.**
